Refund Policy

1. Overview

This refund policy applies to all WABizSuite subscription plans purchased through wabizsuite.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with our platform, and we offer a fair refund process for eligible cases.

2. 14-Day Free Trial

All WABizSuite plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.

During the trial period, you can explore the platform, set up your WhatsApp Business API, and test all features at no cost. If you decide WABizSuite is not the right fit, simply do not subscribe — you will not be charged.

3. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with WABizSuite after subscribing, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Refund requests made within this window will be processed in full, minus any WhatsApp conversation charges incurred during the period.

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund or account credit depending on the circumstances.

4. WhatsApp Conversation Charges

WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta (WhatsApp) and are non-refundable. These charges are incurred when you send or receive messages through the WhatsApp Business API and are passed through at cost with no markup from WABizSuite.

Conversation charges are separate from your WABizSuite subscription fee. Even if a subscription refund is approved, conversation charges already incurred cannot be reversed.

5. Plan Downgrades and Cancellations

You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle. You retain full access to all features until the end of the period you've paid for.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@wabizsuite.com with your account email, subscription date, and reason for the refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of WABizSuite after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
