How WABizSuite Started
WABizSuite was born in Pune, Maharashtra, from a frustration that every small business owner in India knows well. WhatsApp is where customers are — over 500 million Indians use it daily — but the official Business API was built for enterprises with dedicated engineering teams. Small businesses, local retailers, coaching institutes, and growing startups were left behind.
We set out to change that. Our founding team spent months working directly with local businesses — from Pune's bustling retail corridors to Mumbai's e-commerce startups — understanding their workflows, pain points, and aspirations. The result is WABizSuite: a platform that puts the full power of the WhatsApp Business API behind a clean, intuitive interface that anyone can use.
