Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full credit card or bank account details on our servers.

Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors to handle subscription billing. These processors have their own privacy policies governing payment data.

Cloud Infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that maintain their own security certifications and compliance standards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with third parties as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

Usage logs and analytics data are retained in anonymized form for up to 24 months for product improvement purposes.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and financial regulations.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

9. Children's Privacy

WABizSuite is designed for business use and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
